How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through the in-app feedback option in Focus settings with:

• Your email address used for purchase
• Your license key (if available)
• Brief reason for the refund (optional, helps us improve)

We'll process your refund within 2-3 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

After Refund

Once a refund is processed:

• Your license key will be deactivated
• Pro features will no longer be accessible
• You can continue using the free version of Focus

Exceptions

Refunds are not available:

• After 30 days from the date of purchase
• For licenses that have been shared or resold
• If the license has been used in violation of our Terms of Service
