License Issues

If you're having trouble with your license key:

  • Check your email (including spam folder) for the license key
  • Make sure you're entering the key exactly as shown (including dashes)
  • Verify you have an internet connection for license validation

Technical Support

If Focus isn't working as expected, please include:

  • Your macOS version (Apple menu → About This Mac)
  • Focus app version (visible in app settings)
  • Description of the issue
  • Steps to reproduce (if applicable)
