By downloading, installing, or using Focus (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Focus grants you a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. The trial is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable.
Upon purchase of a license, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Focus. Your license key can be used on up to 2 devices you own.

Licenses are sold as one-time purchases. All sales are processed through Polar.sh, our Merchant of Record, which uses Stripe for payment processing. By purchasing a license, you agree to Polar.sh's Terms of Service and Stripe's Terms of Service.
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the App. See our Refund Policy for details.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We may update the App from time to time. Updates may include bug fixes, new features, or changes to existing functionality. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the “Last updated” date.
